How much will the service cost me?
Price is negotiable dependant upon the service you require. We can arrange for one of our Business Development Managers to call you and arrange a short meeting to explain how we can tailor our service to suit your business.

Do you provide credit hire and credit repair services?
Yes we do! Our credit hire facility includes a full range of vehicle from a motorcycle through to a HGV. We can also supply taxis. We have a quality assured UK network of body shops that will ensure repairs are carried out to the highest standard.

You choose the method and frequency of the update from the following:

How much will this service cost me?
Once you have purchased our Legal Expenses Policy from your Broker, where your claim is for uninsured loss recovery only, there will be no additional cost to you.
If your claim includes providing you with a replacement vehicle, assuming the claim was not your fault and liability is admitted by the third party insurers, the only costs you are liable for will be the temporary additional vehicle insurance fee charged by your Broker and the fuel you use in the replacement vehicle. The Hire Company may also offer you options to e.g. reduce the excess, which will be at an additional cost should you choose to take up the option.
How will you keep me informed of what is happening with my claim?
We will keep you updated every step of the way by either phone, letter, fax or e-mail.
What protection does the Legal Expenses Policy give me?
Once you have purchased the Legal Expenses Policy from your Broker you will have peace of mind, as the policy includes legal cover and also recovery of your Uninsured Losses in the event of a Non Fault accident. Further details can be found on the Policy wording provided with your cover or upon request.
What type of car will you give me?
We will endeavour to give you a replacement vehicle that closely matches your existing vehicle and requirements.
Where will I get legal advice?
If you require the services of a solicitor we will appoint one from our panel of specialists who will ensure you receive the compensation due to you from the third party or their insurer.
