Claims Management Service

Action Claims’ Claims Management Service covers drivers and their passengers if they are involved in a non fault accident, our service enables the client to recover their losses as a result of the accident, such as repairs to the vehicle, cost of a hire vehicle, compensation for injury, medical fees, loss of earnings, damage to personal effects. This service offers complete peace of mind when you need it most.

Services Include:

  • A Replacement Vehicle
    Action Claims will always attempt to arrange a replacement hire vehicle, delivered to a convenient location anywhere on mainland UK. The cost of the vehicle can be recovered from the other driver or their insurer.
  • Repairs
    Action claims will arrange for the policy holder's vehicle to be inspected and repairs carried out, the cost of which will be recovered directly from the other party.
  • Personal Injury Compensation
    The client and his/her passengers are entitled to compensation for injuries suffered as a result of a non-fault traffic accident.
  • Medical Fees
    Any medical costs incurred as a result of the accident are recoverable from the other driver or their insurer.
  • Policy Excess
    If the client has paid a policy excess as a result of the accident it can be recovered as part of their claim.
  • Loss of Earnings
    If the client is unable to work as a result of the accident, loss of earnings can be recovered from the negligent party.
  • Vehicle Storage and Recovery
    All reasonable storage and recovery costs are recoverable from the negligent party if the client’s vehicle cannot be driven.
  • Damage to Personal Effects
    The value of any personal items damaged as a result of the accident can be recovered from the negligent party.
  • Legal Representation
    The client has access to a nationwide panel of solicitors who specialise in road traffic accidents.
  • Total Loss Valuation
    In the event of a non fault claim, if the client’s vehicle is deemed a total loss and the valuation is disputed, Action Claims can assist in negotiations with the Third Party insurers.
  • Diminution
    In the event of a non fault claim for a client whose vehicle is under three years old and is deemed repairable, Action Claims can assist in negotiations with the Third Party insurers for diminution of the vehicle value.

Note – All the above is recoverable if the accident is clearly non-fault and full details of the other party have been obtained.
